As the NIS2 is not directly applicable to Member States, transposition into national law is required. This whitepaper aims to provide a practical analysis of NIS 2 implementation across selected EU countries to support compliance of grid operators, including a set of best practices during the interim period. NIS2 scope and obligations in each country is also provided.
