This document provides an overview of the software products available for monitoring process IT (PIT) systems.
The market overview is meant to give DSOs insight into the types of products available for PIT security monitoring, and to guide the development of the PIT monitoring requirements.
The market overview was performed in two stages:
- An initial market scan was performed based on publicly available information, such as product presentations and data sheets, mainly gathered through the websites of the companies surveyed.
- Based on the initial analysis, a questionnaire was developed to gather more detailed information, and sent to the vendors identified in the initial market scan.
