ENCS held its biannual roundtables in Porto, Portugal, on 10, 11, and 12 October 2023, hosted by E-Redes.
The 16th Security Roundtable, on 10 October 2023, brought together 18 grid security experts working at 10 grid operators across Europe. At the roundtable, ENCS members shared their knowledge and experience on a variety of topics including preparing for European regulations and dealing with security at customers and suppliers.
In the 2nd Security Architecture Roundtable, on 11 October 2023, the architecture security experts discussed product security requirements, zoning for OT networks, and vulnerability management.
The 4th SOC Analyst Roundtable took place on 12 October 2023 and was attended by 11 SOC analysts from 7 ENCS members. The SOC analysts shared experiences and discussed monitoring security certificates for field communications and MITRE framework mitigation and detection techniques in OT, among other topics.
