ElaadNL and ENCS have published new versions of the security requirements, updating the requirements initially published in 2016. The requirements have been extended with a security architecture and a test plan. The documents are available at:
- EV-201-2019: Security architecture for EV charging infrastructure
- EV-301-2019: Security requirements for procuring EV charging stations
- EV-401-2019: Security test plan for EV charging stations
The updated requirements were validated by charging station manufacturers during a market survey held at the end of 2019. We thank the contributors for the valuable feedback and invite CPOs and manufacturers to begin using these requirements in tenders and development processes.
The requirements will be reviewed regularly to reflect developments in threats and technology. We ask the community to notify us of any issues or relevant information that can help prepare or trigger earlier iterations through the contact details in the website.
