The biannual ENCS roundtables were held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands on 8, 9 and 10 of October 2024, hosted by Alliander.
The 18th Security Roundtable, on 8 October 2024, brought together over 30 grid security experts from all across Europe. At the roundtable, ENCS members shared knowledge and experience on a variety of topics including product security regulation, supply chain and physical security, as well as asset management.
In the 4th Security Architecture Roundtable, on 9 October 2024, security architecture experts discussed in-depth risks linked to consumer IoT devices such as EV chargers or solar inverters, as well as congestion management for DER.
The 6th SOC Analyst Roundtable took place on 10 October 2024 and was attended by SOC analysts from the ENCS community, who shared experiences and discussed their needs and challenges. Topics included sharing of experiences with SIEM solutions as well as updates on ENCS operations projects such as the IDS and the threat analysis projects.
