Untested systems are unsecured systems. As a security tester, you’ll be testing and validating ENCS members’ critical infrastructures and components to ensure our energy grid security is up to scratch.

Responsibilities

As a principal penetration tester for ENCS, you’ll need to:

  • Perform and lead on-site penetration tests
  • Evaluate the security of components in the ENCS lab
  • Guide other ENCS testers during on-site and lab tests
  • Support testers in technical matters
  • Develop test plans and test cases from security requirements

Who we’re looking for:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • At least 5 years experience in penetration testing
  • Good knowledge for network security
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux security
  • Excellent reporting skills and the ability to summarise and present test findings
  • Experience in supervising project teams
  • Experience working with customers in a commercial setting
  • Fluency in English
